Heritage Restoration is experienced in participating in Preferred Vendor Programs offerred by insurance companies, and is consistently performing work to the exact standards and specifications required of each. 

Our goal is to help your insurance company manage claims costs while ensuring policyholder satisfaction.


What Heritage Restoration offers insurance providers as part of Preferred Vendor Programs:


  • 24/7 Emergency Response (Our team will answer the call and be on site in 1-4 hours pending location and the type of emergency). 
  • We offer a claims assignment team to gather all of the required information from both the customer and the claims adjuster, so as to provide accurate and prompt deployment of the right team and the right equipment. 
  • Trained restoration professionals that respond in properly equipped vehicles and uniforms.
  • Heritage Restoration provides a Project Manager certified with Applied Structural Drying capabilities to ensure the work being performed at the project location is represented by a lead technician certified by the IICRC.
  • Comprehensive communication of job status, estimates, scientific readings and other data between Heritage Restoration and the insurance agent or adjuster.
  • Being proficient in Xactware Estimating Software (Xactimate) Heritage Restoration provides a  Quality Assurance Review by qualified staff of all invoices and estimates. 
  • Accurate, easy-to-read job files to verify work is completed. This includes moisture data readings, as well as equipment utilized during mitigation. Measured sketches of damage affected areas including time dated photographs of work in progress and work completion. 
  • Performance warranty of workmanship (up to 5 years) for reconstruction work after mitigation. 
  • Customer satisfaction survey results reporting after inspection.

Content Pack-out Services:

Our team offers pack-out and storage services for compromised items within the structure that require safekeeping, until mitigation and reconstruction are complete.

Content Restoration:

Our experienced team can offer to restore certain items to pre-damaged condition as a cost savings compared to replacement. This option can be discussed with the homeowner when the Project Manager has evaluated the possibility and feasability of this option.
